COOKING CLASSES
Throughout the year Pat offers cooking classes for children of all
ages. She focuses on fun, healthy, seasonal foods that children can
make themselves. Often these classes involve a walk to the garden which
is a great way for the students to connect with their food. The classes
end with a story relevant to the food that was prepared. Some examples
of cooking classes include, apple sauce and apple pie, rhubarb pie,
bread, peanut noodles, fresh herb roll-ups, baked chicken fingers,
smoothies, and much more.
